If you have never heard of Wang Hong before, don't worry, me too. It is a small village a bit off the beaten path.

I got intrigued to visit the NaIn Cafe because I saw a post on Facebook and it is near a piece of land where we want to build our future house.

I was surprised at the quality of their products. Not only a great coffee but also fresh, handmade cakes and croissants. Some of them so good I felt I am back in Europe! The selection of cakes has something both for Thais but also Foreigners who like it a bit less sweet.

Chef Khun Ake is also happy to take orders for the cake of your dreams, I ordered an Apple crumble and it was great (hard to get in Phrae otherwise).

The Cafe itself is very inviting and has both inside and outside seating. The small garden is also very inviting. All in all I can recommend NaIn Cafe very highly.

It is also a nice 20 minute trip with your car or scooter from downtown Phrae (just do not take the highway but the small backroads).
